That we all have the answers within us. Practicing Awareness. Practicing Listening and Connecting to our Intuition and Universal Guidance. Embodying the Present Moment. Practicing Self Compassion. 

We are made of energy, and we’re all a part of nature!

That we can choose to continue learning, growing and practicing, knowing that we always have the opportunity to do and be better!

My Experience:

I studied the Theatre Arts, Circus Arts, Physical Comedy and performed professionally for 10 years. 

I then continued studies in the Visual Arts and achieved a BFA in 2D Fine Art. 

I’m a Registered Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, a Certified Mindful Art and Yoga Teacher, a Qi Gong and Meditation Guide, a Certified Life Coach, a Reiki Master, and also practicing Sound Healing. 

 

I practice and share techniques of: Mindfulness, Meditations, Visualizations, Yoga, Qi Gong, Reiki, Sound Healing, Color Healing, Chakra Energy Healing, Positive Affirmations, Trauma-Informed practices, Vagus Nerve exercises, Gratitude, the healing properties of Gems, Creativity, Intuitive Art and Journaling exercises.  

 

All of these offering a multitude of benefits!

Loving Wellbeing and holding compassion for ourselves, others, our planet, for the greater good of all!
