Service Description
We'll be exploring some mindfulness and gentle movements while strengthening, calming, and energizing our bodies. Feeling grounded, union, connected and in the flow. Circulating our energy with inspiring movements from the ancient Indian practices of Yoga: union, and the ancient Chinese techniques of Qi Gong: the practice of the awareness of life force energy. I'll be offering suggested movements, and I invite you to do what feels right for you in each moment!
