Service Description

Exploring gentle warm up stretches with inspiration from yoga and qigong, guided meditation enhanced with some sound healing practices, and creativity with mindful art and journaling. Progress not perfection is the goal as you are invited to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. Benefits of these practices include nervous system regulation, a sense of calm and relaxation, playfulness, a boost to your energy, and connecting with the present moment.
